We’re taking the classic strawberry smoothie to the next level with this Peanut Butter and Strawberry Shake! It’s made with just six whole food ingredients and can be blended up within minutes for a satisfying and yummy snack, meal, healthy dessert, or pre- or post-workout drink. This shake is full of flavor to excite your taste buds while providing your body with the essential nutrients it needs to help you feel your best from the inside out. It’s also vegan-friendly to suit those of you following a plant-based lifestyle.

You really can’t go wrong with adding peanut butter into shakes and it pairs so well with juicy strawberries! Not to mention, both ingredients are packed with nutrition to support your health and weight loss goals. You get vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber from strawberries and healthy fats and protein from peanut butter. What You Need to Make this Shake

First, let’s go over the ingredients you need. I used 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened almond milk, frozen strawberries, peanut butter, 310 Peanut Butter Powder, and ice. That’s it!

310 Organic Vanilla

As you may know, 310 Organic Vanilla is my favorite meal replacement powder to use to create a delicious dessert-like base for any shake! It has a naturally-sweet vanilla bean flavor that pairs well with a variety of ingredients. In this case, it perfectly marries the flavors of strawberry and peanut butter! Formulated with Stevia, monk fruit, and coconut creamer, you can achieve a silky-smooth texture with phenomenal taste in a sugar-free way. There’s even a blend of organic superfoods including ginger, beets, broccoli, turmeric, and more!

Here are some additional impressive qualities of 310 Organic Vanilla

  • 15g of plant-based proteins from pumpkin, brown rice, and pea
  • 5g of dietary fiber
  • Made with completely vegan and organic ingredients

Ways to “Shake Up” this Recipe

You can keep this shake simple or add some extra ingredients for more flavor and texture, depending on what you’re craving. Check out some of these alternative ingredients that also complement this recipe!

  • Use a different berry or a mix of berries
  • Add hemp, chia, or flax seeds
  • Coconut milk or oat milk instead of almond

How to Make this Shake

To assemble this recipe, simply combine all your ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 to 40 seconds on a medium setting until completely smooth and creamy. If you want a thinner shake, add a splash more almond milk. Once you’ve reached your desired consistency, serve your drink in a glass or shaker cup and sip away!
