Cucumber Melon Shake Recipe

The combination of cucumber and melon always reminds me of being at the spa, so I love making this recipe on my self-care days to pamper myself to the fullest!

I picked honeydew as my choice of melon for its subtle sweetness and for how well it pairs with cucumber, but you can also use cantaloupe if you prefer! Loaded with vitamin C and anti-inflammatory properties, this shake helps me feel great and glow from the inside out. This shake is also a great option for breakfast or as a snack to keep you energized and hydrated throughout the day.

What You Need to Make this Shake

All you need to make this shake is 310 Organic Vanilla or Unflavored, frozen honeydew, plain Greek yogurt, cucumber, honey, unsweetened almond milk, and ice. Ways to “Shake Up” this Recipe

For this recipe, I find that less is more because I want the flavors of melon and cucumber to be the stars of the show. However, check out some of these additional ingredients you can add to enhance the taste!

  • Cantaloupe instead of honeydew
  • Stevia instead of honey
  • Squeeze of lime and lime zest for a pop of citrus
  • Add spinach or kale for extra nutrition
  • 310 Collagen for a boost of protein

How to Make this Shake

To make this shake, first slice your honeydew in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Next, cut the melon into wedges and carefully remove the melon from the skin, then cut it into cubes. Once you have your diced melon, put half a cup of honeydew cubes into the freezer until completely frozen.

After you have your frozen honeydew, add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is thoroughly mixed and smooth. Serve your finished shake in a glass and drizzle with honey for the perfect refreshing sweet-and-healthy drink!
