What was your biggest challenge when it came to losing weight?

For years I struggled with trying to lose weight, getting down to the 180’s but not being able to lose any more. Then, I would just give up and gain the weight right back again. I tried other products to help with this process but they just didn’t work for me. So I was a little skeptical about 310 when I first came across it. Eventually, I just decided to go for it and try 310 Shakes, and now I love them!

What motivated you to make a change?

The biggest motivation for me to make a change was when I realized that my jeans no longer fit, and I didn’t want to go out and a buy a bigger pair. At that time, my biggest stumbling blocks to success were a lack of physical activity and a major weakness when it came to sweets.

I started working out at my own pace, including walking in place in my living room. To help with the sweets habit, I started buying healthy snacks like rice cakes and protein bars. And eventually, I found 310 Shakes, Lemonades, and Teas, (I love the Hibiscus Tea!), which all taste delicious in various recipes and really help me satisfy my cravings.

Tell us about your success!

I started my weight loss journey with 310 in April of this year, weighing 185 lbs (my height is 5’7). And, I’m so thrilled to say that in the 5+ months I’ve been using the products, I’ve lost 23 lbs! I’ve also been able to stick with regular weekly workouts that I really enjoy and I’ve cleaned up my diet, eating a variety of nourishing whole foods and leaving the junk behind.

My goal weight is 145 lbs, so just another 17 lbs to go, and I know if I keep doing what I’m doing, I’ll reach it! The best part is that I feel more energetic and comfortable with my body than I ever have! I love the way I look now in the clothes that I wear!

What do you love BEST about 310 Shakes?

What I love best about 310 Shakes is that they keep me full and help satisfy my cravings for unhealthy foods. I also love the 310 Tea, which helps cleanse my body and assist with bloating and constipation.

Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine…

My healthy lifestyle routine includes a clean, healthy diet and regular exercise. For breakfast I typically have 1 slice of bread with half an avocado and 1 boiled egg, or a bowl of oatmeal with cranberries and walnuts. I snack on a protein bar or rice cake.

For lunch I have my 310 Shake and also my 310 Hibiscus Tea. Another snack is rice cakes or fruit. My dinner consists of chicken or fish with side dishes of vegetables and beans or jasmine rice. I also drink plenty of water throughout the day.

As for exercise, I do workout 4-6 days per week depending on how busy my schedule is. Though I was exercising before I started using 310 Shakes, I didn’t start losing weight until I changed my diet and added in 310 products!

I also like to switch up the days I workout and the routines. Sometimes I do cardio, either walking or jogging for 2-5 miles. I also do YouTube workout videos that are about 15-45 minutes long and other days I do toning workouts.

Do you have a MUST-TRY shake recipe you'd like to share?

My must-try recipe is the green shake I make! I use half a cucumber, half a banana, a handful of spinach, half a green or red apple, 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, and 1 cup of ice. Then, I add 1 scoop of either Vanilla or Toasted Coconut Shake – It’s so good and healthy!

What does the 310 Community mean to you?

The 310 Community has been a great source of support on my journey, and I love giving back to others by encouraging them as well – especially by sharing my homemade shake recipes! Do you have advice for anyone just starting their journey?

My advice to anyone just starting out is that there are times when you’re going to want to quit but just think about the long-run… You’ll be where you want to be and it will feel amazing, so just keep going! Also, it's ok to have a bad day, whether you regret it or not, just take it as a reward that you’ve been doing well the past couple of days, then start fresh the next day!
