To create this shake, you will need 310 Organic Vanilla, frozen riced cauliflower, unsweetened almond milk, almond butter, 310 Collagen, vanilla extract, and almond extract. If you’ve been following these recipes, you know using extracts is one of my favorite ways to bring out amazing flavors without adding any sugars or artificial flavorings!

It's full of nutrition, plus it's sweetened with plant-based Stevia and monk fruit to help give subtle hints of vanilla bean without any added sugars or unnecessary additives. Here are some alternative ingredients that I’ve tried previously, and think are great options to incorporate...

  • Cashew butter and cashew milk instead of almond butter/almond milk for extra creaminess
  • Add roasted unsalted almonds for texture
  • Add cacao nibs for a nice crunch and subtle cocoa flavor
  • Use 310 Organic Chocolate for a Chocolate Almond Protein Shake

How to Make this Shake

Simply combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend on a high setting until everything is smooth and free of any clumps. After a smooth consistency is achieved, serve your protein-packed shake in a glass and enjoy your delicious drink!

 Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop 310 Collagen
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
