Salted Caramel Brulee Shake

How to Make this Salted Caramel Brulee Shake

While crème brulee is a classic winter dessert, I’ve taken a unique spin on it with the delicious recipe I have for you today. This shake delivers crazy-yummy flavor in a lighter, whole foods version.

An individual portion size of your own crème brulee in a ramekin is around 600-700 calories (1) while a 20z classic Caramel Brulee Latte is about 500 calories. Both contain high amounts of sugar, but you can indulge in this shake that's free of added sugars and saturated fats!

Take your taste buds on an adventure with this Salted Caramel Brulee Shake that has 28g of protein and 8g of fiber instead!

Read on to learn how to make this guilt-free sweet treat you can enjoy as a substitute to unhealthier options this season…
