Warm, Inviting Flavor: 310 Vanilla Chai

The first ingredient to give this Pumpkin Chai Smoothie its warm, inviting flavor is 310 Vanilla Chai Shake! Sweetened with plant-based Stevia, this delicious meal replacement shake tastes just like a decadent vanilla chai latte, with notes of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg – and without the sugar and artificial flavorings you find in many similar beverages.

Furthermore, this well-balanced shake contains totally-nourishing ingredients including plant-based proteins, 20 vitamins and minerals, and organic superfood greens – so you can fuel your body and your mind for enhanced performance.

Crafted with a unique blend of pea, brown rice, and hemp proteins, this shake is perfect for increasing fullness, boosting metabolism, and building lean muscle mass. It also helps increase your energy levels so you can maximize the results of your at-home workouts!

Though it’s especially easy to snack when you’re spending so much time at home, the dietary fiber and plant-based proteins in this shake promote satiety and balanced blood sugar levels. In this way, it makes an ideal meal or snack to stay within your daily calorie goals, and prevent reaching for unhealthy, calorie-laden foods.

Along with a hearty blend of essential vitamins and minerals, 310 Vanilla Chai is also unique in that it includes a blend of organic superfood greens, which is perfect if you struggle with getting enough veggies into your diet. This greens blend includes broccoli, spinach, kale, and antioxidant-packed spirulina, just to name a few, which is especially beneficial for building up a strong immune system and superior defenses against sickness right now.

Tasty, Nutritious Fruit: Canned Pure Pumpkin

The next ingredient in this Pumpkin Chai Shake is of course, pumpkin! While pumpkin is typically more of a fall fruit, you can easily find canned pure pumpkin puree year-round, and keep your pantry stocked with it!

Not only does the addition of pumpkin give this shake it’s naturally sweet, pie-like flavor, but it also brings a slew of important health benefits. Pumpkins are also high in antioxidants, which help fight free radicals in your body, and protect your cells from damage. Not to mention, pumpkins are full of vitamins A, E, and C – which all support your optimal wellness, including greater immunity against sickness.

Healthy Plant-Based Protein: Flax Seeds

Next, to add another burst of amazing nutrition to this Pumpkin Chai Shake, we added in flax seeds! Though you’ll barely even know they’re included in the recipe after you blend them up, the seeds pack a big punch in terms of nutritional value. They’re an excellent source of plant-based protein, along with omega-3 fatty acids to support brain and heart health.

In addition, flax seeds are also a great source of dietary fiber for digestive health, and to prolong feelings of fullness. For those who don’t eat meat, they’re an ideal way to get more protein into your diet, while also supplying your body with other essential macro and micronutrients.
