Low-Carb Acai Cherry Smoothie

Fuel your body in a low-carb way with this yummy and fruity Acai Cherry Smoothie! It's full of whole foods and can be blended in less than a minute for a quick and nourishing meal!

Low-Carb Acai Cherry Smoothie Recipe

Are you a big fan of acai bowls?! If so, you have to give this refreshing Low-Carb Acai Cherry Smoothie a try! It’s packed with superfoods and much more economical and convenient than buying a pre-made smoothie. I love the natural sweetness of this drink and how it makes me feel awesome from the inside out while satisfying my cravings, and I think you will too!

Cherries and acai berries are often called superfoods, and for very good reason! They’re packed with powerful plant compounds, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties that support overall health and immunity. I also include a scoop of 310 Shake to balance this smoothie with essential protein and fiber to promote satiety. Whether you’re looking for a nourishing breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert, this drink can do it all!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

The ingredients you need for this recipe are 310 Organic Unflavored, unsweetened coconut milk, frozen acai, frozen cherries, chia seeds, and ice. You can typically find packets of frozen acai at your grocery store in the frozen fruit aisle.

310 Organic Unflavored

310 Organic Unflavored is a great way to add even more nutrients to this immune-supporting smoothie while allowing the sweet, tangy, and fruity flavors to shine through. This versatile meal replacement shake has a blend of pumpkin, brown rice, and pea to offer 15g of protein per serving to help you easily incorporate more nutrition into your diet. Add some into sauces, hummus, smoothies, healthy baked goods, and more!

It’s a must-have for every pantry! Here’s a few reasons why I’m such a big fan of 310 Organic Unflavored (and all 310 Shakes)!

  • Free from sugar, soy, gluten, dairy, and GMOs
  • Vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly
  • Contains ginger, beet, turmeric, broccoli, and more
  • 5g of dietary fiber

Ways to “Shake Up” this Smoothie

I rarely make the same smoothie twice and always find ways to tweak my recipe, even if it’s the simplest change. Based on what you have readily available, you can easily do the same. Below are some variations I’ve tried and highly recommend!

  • Mixed berries instead of cherries
  • Add avocado for creaminess
  • 310 Collagen for a boost of protein
  • Use less liquid to make it into a smoothie bowl
