With over 270,000 members, the 310 Nutrition Facebook Group is a growing community of like-minded and supportive individuals on the same fitness journey as you. 

The group is home to an abundance of educational and motivational content - ranging from  healthy recipes, fitness challenges, even live expert consult from our two certified health coaches, Annie Parker and Sierra Rodriguez. Our coaches host weekly check-ins, run monthly health and fitness challenges, and do weekly Facebook Lives on products, recipes, fitness related topics and more!

1) Andrea Allen

Andrea Allen is the epitome of a ‘fit mom’ and we love her for it! Her Instagram is stacked with workouts you can do at home with minimal equipment. Andrea’s favorite piece of equipment: her adorable little ones! In addition to sharing exercises on Instagram, Andrea has a full training guide as well a pre and post natal fitness guide on her website.

2) Cassey Ho

Cassey Ho aka Blogilates is the queen of fit-spirational content! In addition to all of the killer workouts she shares on her Instagram, her website is where the party really starts. From workout videos and infographics, to free printable fitness planner packs, and a ton of must-try recipes, there’s nothing Cassey doesn’t have covered! And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

3) Charlee Atkins


Based in NYC, Charlee Atkins burst onto the boutique fitness scene 10 years ago while working at one of the first five SoulCycles in the world. As the years passed, Charlee went on to become a Master Trainer and helped SoulCycle grow to a whopping 90 studios. After leaving SoulCycle earlier this year, Charlee designed her own signature online workout called Le Sweat and was even named as Women’s Health’s #1 top Instagram account to follow.

Considering the fact that her Instagram is packed with seriously good circuit routines to follow at home or in the gym, we don’t disagree with that accolade! 

4) Jeremy Scott

Jeremy Scott is a jack of all trades: he’s a writer, coach, athlete, and trainer whose been featured in publications including Men’s Fitness and Shape. He says that helping clients meet their fitness goals, inciting positive lifestyle changes in others, and ultimately helping someone become the strongest, healthiest, sexiest version of themselves is his “true calling.” Accompanying his demos of hardcore exercises are detailed explanations of how to nail down the proper form in order to maximize results.

5) Amy Posey

As a Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, Amy Posey strives to help women feel balanced and well through accessible, effective workouts and nutritional guidance. Peppered throughout her Instagram, you’ll find an assortment of at home workouts to follow,  educational information that will steer you in the direction of nutritional savviness, as well as some lifestyle thoughts!

6) Katie Austin

It’s safe to say that Katie Austin, daughter of fitness guru Denise Austin, has fitness & health in her DNA. Her Instagram and YouTube are home to a vast array of guided workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. In addition to fitness, Katie also shares nutritious recipes and dishes out her lifestyle tips & tricks. Simply put: Katie Austin does it all...and with the most sparkling personality, too!

A NASM Certified Personal Trainer in the making, Ashley Gaita’s Instagram is loaded with daily fit tips, gym based workouts, and inspiration with her followers.

Aside from her Instagram, Ashley is an avid YouTuber whose channel has a little bit of everything: expanded workouts hitting the gym, healthy living tricks, some daily vlogs, and more!

8) Connor J. Obrochta

With 12 years of experience, and a variety of impressive certifications under his belt, Connor Obrochta possesses extensive knowledge of fitness, nutrition, and anatomy.
