Getting in your greens isn't hard when you can enjoy this Green Power Smoothie that’s packed with whole foods and leafy greens! It even has cacao nibs for a chocolate chip crunch to add an extra indulgent element.

Realistically, I don’t always have time to wash, prepare, and cook veggies for multiple meals when I have a busy day. Rather than cooking, I can blend up this nutrient-dense smoothie in minutes, for an easy and yummy way to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. You can make this for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even as a hearty snack or dessert to keep you full and energized throughout the day.

I use frozen cauliflower rice, spinach, and spirulina as my sources of veggies and greens in this recipe because they all have a mild taste and are loaded with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants to support your health and immunity. Mixed with 310 Organic Vanilla, you not only get a sweet vanilla bean taste, but plant-based proteins and superfoods as well! In fact, this smoothie has 25g of protein and 12g of dietary fiber to help keep your full for hours.

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

This smoothie is full of superfoods! I used 310 Organic Vanilla, unsweetened almond milk, frozen cauliflower rice, almond butter, cacao nibs, maca powder, spirulina, spinach, and ice.

If you don’t like the taste of leafy greens, the best way to incorporate them into your diet is in smoothies using a scoop of 310 Organic Vanilla. Naturally-sweetened with Stevia and monk fruit, this shake gives major flavor to any smoothie, even green smoothies!   • Cashew or peanut butter instead of almond
  • Banana instead of cauliflower rice
  • Kale in place of spinach
  • Coconut milk instead of almond milk

How to Make this Smoothie

It’s time to put this recipe together! Simply combine all your ingredients into a blender and gradually blend from a medium-to-high setting until everything is completely smooth and creamy. Once you reach a silky consistency, pour your smoothie into a glass or shaker cup, and power up your day with this delicious and healthy drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
