These are the questions I also had when I saw turmeric popping up in coffee shops, grocery stores, and farmer’s markets. Turns out turmeric has been used for centuries for its impressive amounts of antioxidants and vitamins and what better way to reap the benefits of this spice than with a deliciously sweet Golden Milk Latte? You can enjoy this creamy beverage either hot or iced for the perfect sweet and spiced drink!

What You Need to Make this Latte

With 310 Golden Milk, all you need is two additional ingredients to complete this recipe: hot water and unsweetened almond milk! 310 Golden Milk is a rich and creamy blend of powerful immune supporting herbs including turmeric, ginger, cayenne, maca root, and cinnamon. However, all you taste is a soft hint of ginger and cinnamon with sweetness from the coconut milk base!

I actually don’t often use turmeric in my cooking or shake recipes, so 310 Golden Milk is a fun way for me to experiment with different flavors and ingredients! This latte recipe is straightforward and simple, so you can really taste all the nuanced flavors of 310 Golden Milk. You can also incorporate a scoop of this yummy spice blend into a shake, like in this Golden Milk Shake that bursting with flavor.

Having a hot Golden Milk Latte has become part of my nighttime routine because it is so soothing and relaxing, but I also enjoy having an iced version in the morning to help wake me up. Below are just some of the reasons why 310 Golden Milk has quickly become a part of my lifestyle!

How to Make this Latte

Next, pour your golden milk mixture into either hot or iced almond milk and stir until everything is thoroughly mixed. To enhance the coconut flavors even more, feel free to use unsweetened coconut milk.
