Refresh and cleanse your palette with this light and fruity Blueberry Pear Spice Smoothie for the perfect drink to uplift your mood! This is my go-to recipe to quickly nourish my mind and body, especially the day after a heavy meal when I’m feeling sluggish. Using whole food ingredients, this smoothie tastes like a fruit tart and can be blended in just minutes for a healthy and tasty dessert that everyone can enjoy!

I love the ginger in this smoothie not only for its invigorating spice, but for its digestion benefits as well. Containing detoxifying properties, ginger is one of my favorite ways to alleviate the occasional bloating that can occur when I eat out. There’s also 310 Shake and fresh fruit to provide you with a whopping 15g of fiber and 19g of plant-based proteins to help you stay aligned with your wellness goals. So without further ado, let’s get into this recipe!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

This recipe couldn’t be simpler to make! All you need is 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen blueberries, pear, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, ginger, and ice. Fresh ginger is preferred to achieve maximum flavor.

How to Make this Smoothie

To make this smoothie, first peel and mince a teaspoon of ginger. You can easily peel ginger by scraping the skin off with a spoon. Once you have your ginger, just combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 to 40 seconds on a medium-to-high setting until you reach a smooth consistency. Once everything is well blended, serve your smoothie in a glass or shaker cup and sip away!

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Unflavored
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 small pear, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
