Blueberry Pear Spice Smoothie Recipe

Refresh and cleanse your palette with this light and fruity Blueberry Pear Spice Smoothie for the perfect drink to uplift your mood! This is my go-to recipe to quickly nourish my mind and body, especially the day after a heavy meal when I’m feeling sluggish. Using whole food ingredients, this smoothie tastes like a fruit tart and can be blended in just minutes for a healthy and tasty dessert that everyone can enjoy!

I love the ginger in this smoothie not only for its invigorating spice, but for its digestion benefits as well. Containing detoxifying properties, ginger is one of my favorite ways to alleviate the occasional bloating that can occur when I eat out. There’s also 310 Shake and fresh fruit to provide you with a whopping 15g of fiber and 19g of plant-based proteins to help you stay aligned with your wellness goals. So without further ado, let’s get into this recipe!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

This recipe couldn’t be simpler to make! All you need is 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen blueberries, pear, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, ginger, and ice. Fresh ginger is preferred to achieve maximum flavor.

310 Organic Unflavored

To allow the taste of pear and blueberry to shine through, I decided to use a scoop of 310 Organic Unflavored! This way, you can still savor the subtle fruity flavors while incorporating a plethora of essential nutrients like fiber and plant-based proteins. 310 Organic Unflavored is a versatile shake that can be used in both sweet and salty recipes, making it convenient to obtain more nutrition throughout the day. As someone who has a busy schedule, I love how just one scoop of 310 Shake can transform my oatmeal, smoothie, or coffee into a nutrient-packed snack.

310 Shake is something I recommend to all my friends and family and here’s a few reasons why…

  • Crafted with top-quality vegan and organic ingredients
  • 15g of plant-based proteins
  • 5g of dietary fiber
  • Free from sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, nuts, and GMOs

Ways to “Shake Up” this Smoothie

If you’re looking for more flavor in this recipe, I've got you covered! See below for some alternative ingredients that you can try to take this smoothie to the next level.

  • Vanilla instead of Unflavored for more sweetness
  • Coconut milk instead of almond milk
  • Hemp or flax seeds instead of chia
  • Add cinnamon or nutmeg for extra spiced flavor

How to Make this Smoothie

To make this smoothie, first peel and mince a teaspoon of ginger. You can easily peel ginger by scraping the skin off with a spoon. Once you have your ginger, just combine all your ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 to 40 seconds on a medium-to-high setting until you reach a smooth consistency. Once everything is well blended, serve your smoothie in a glass or shaker cup and sip away!

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Unflavored
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 small pear, sliced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 cup ice

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
