My journey with 310 Nutrition started while I was trying to remove sugar from my diet, and couldn’t find any shake products without sugar! I always had a shake for breakfast, and I was looking for something that would help me, not harm me.
I worked a high stress job at a newspaper, and whereas I had been very active earlier in my life, the new desk job meant long hours, lots of bad junk food around, and very little time to take care of myself. Within 3-4 months of being in that job I gained 20 pounds and went up 3 clothes sizes!
