Ingredients:
- 1 scoop 310 Vanilla Shake
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 oz pecans
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup ice

- ½ frozen banana

- 1 tbsp peanut butter or 2 tbsp 310 PB Powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp chia seeds
