5 Super Easy and Healthy Smoothie Recipes

 

310 Fall Pecan Pie Shake  

Serves 1 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla Shake  
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 oz pecans 
  • ½ frozen banana 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon 
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg 
  • ½ cup ice 

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy! 

 

310 Double Chocolate PB Shake 

Serves 1 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Chocolate Shake 
  • ½ frozen banana  
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or 2 tbsp 310 PB Powder 
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder  
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds 
  • ½ cup ice 

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!  

 

310 Coffee Shake

Serves 1 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Mocha Shake 
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cold or room temperature)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 packet stevia  

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!  

 

310 Greens Shake 

Serves 1 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Toasted Coconut Shake
  • ½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice or ½ cup almond milk 
  • ½ cup water 
  • ½ frozen banana 
  • ¼ cup pineapple 
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 2 stalks celery 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds 
  • ½ cup ice 

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy! 

 

310 Berries & Cream Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop 310 Strawberry Shake 
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions: 

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
