What You Need to Make this Shake

Let's quickly review the ingredients in this recipe! You'll first need 310 Organic Vanilla to achieve that creamy base, in addition to unsweetened almond milk, rolled oats, frozen cauliflower rice, cashew butter, MCT oil, ice, and my secret ingredient, butter extract.

The addition of butter extract truly gives this shake a decadent flavor of a baked dessert and it's a versatile ingredient that you can include in other recipes! I definitely recommend adding it to your pantry if you don't have it already.

310 Organic Vanilla

The star ingredient of this recipe that deserves an extra feature is of course, 310 Vanilla! Because of its tasty vanilla bean flavor, this meal replacement shake is the perfect foundation to build your dessert shakes. It's also completely sugar-free, sweetened solely with Stevia and monk fruit to satisfy your sweet tooth while supporting your weight loss goals.

Although most commonly used in a shake, you can add 310 Vanilla to oatmeal, healthy baked goods, chia seed pudding, and so much more! This versatile protein powder is here to simplify your meal prep and is seriously an essential in your pantry!

Like all other 310 Shakes, 310 Organic Vanilla is...

  • Free of sugar, soy, dairy, gluten, and GMOs
  • Packed with 15g of plant-based proteins
  • Only 110 calories per serving
  • Keto, vegan, and paleo-friendly

Recipe Variations

Like with any recipe, you always have the option to cater it to your own preferences! The original recipe yields a true sugar cookie flavor, but below are some ways you can switch it up!

  • 310 Gingerbread instead of Vanilla for a gingerbread cookie flavor
  • Frozen banana instead of rolled oats
  • Add Greek yogurt or 310 Collagen for an extra boost of collagen
  • Avocado or coconut oil instead of MCT Oil
