Apple Pie Shake

How to Make this Apple Pie Shake Recipe

While I’m a huge fan of pumpkin in many of my healthy fall recipes, apple is probably my second fall flavor crush. An apple pie is one of those classic desserts that simply sounds good anytime… and it incorporates all those amazingly-intriguing fall flavors like cinnamon, nutmeg, and crisp, delicious apples!

My favorite part about making apple pie is eating it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream – which is exactly what this Apple Pie Shake Recipe reminds me of, in smoothie form.

In this shake recipe, you get fresh apple, creamy and smooth vanilla, indulgent Greek yogurt, and the perfect touch of the fall spices you love.

Read on to learn how to make this classic fall smoothie…

What You Need to Make this Shake

Let’s look at what you need to make this apple pie alternative shake. I used 310 Organic Vanilla, a small apple, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ice.

This shake is great because it is so balanced in nutrients, with a generous amount of healthy protein, fat, and fiber. There is 19g of protein, and 10g of good fat to help keep you satisfied. In addition, there’s lots of fiber from the apple and 310 Shake to help with optimal digestion.

310 Organic Vanilla

310 Organic Vanilla is the perfect shake flavor for blissful, creamy vanilla bean taste that adds a luscious element to all your smoothie recipes – and is also very versatile and can be used for baking recipes and more.

While some other vanilla meal replacement shakes contain lots of added sugar or artificial sweeteners, 310 Organic Vanilla gets its amazingly-yummy taste from plant and fruit-based sweeteners only. So, it’s awesome for your health but also for your waistline, and it has real vanilla bean taste instead of synthetic.

In this apple pie recipe, 310 Vanilla adds a luscious, blissful vanilla bean taste – just like melted vanilla ice cream. Combined with the fruity apples, it’s a match made in flavor heaven.

Plus, like all other 310 Shakes, 310 Organic Vanilla Shake

  • Offers 15g protein, 5g fiber, and only 2g net carbs
  • Contains all organic, plant-based superfoods
  • Is just 110 calories per serving
  • Is sugar, dairy, gluten, soy, and GMO-free

Recipe Variations

Want to change up this recipe depending on what you have in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer? You can definitely switch up the ingredients and make it your own if you desire. I’ll give you some suggestions for ways that you can switch it up based on what you have on hand…

  • Use a different fall shake flavor like 310 Salted Caramel or 310 Pumpkin
  • Replace almond milk with coconut, oat or cashew milk
  • Add fresh or frozen blueberries, peaches, or strawberries for a fruity touch
  • Add a scoop of PB Powder for more protein and a peanut butter cookie taste
