I think the product is great. I have been told that this helps with inflammation and it has. I have bad knees and a shoulder injury and I can definitely tell a difference. There is not much pain anymore due to inflammation

I was gifted a bottle of these pills and was so hooked I've repurchased 4 more...prior to taking them I did some research on the benefits on turmeric but honestly there's so much misinformation out there that I was skeptical. Well, I'm not anymore, I took only 1 pill nightly (recommended dosage is two but I wanted to start slow) and this replaced my daily Ibuprofen, my joints stopped hurting, my nightly headache went away, but the best benefit of all is the change on my period and PMS symptoms. I don't cramp as badly as I used to (it was debilitating) and my period isn't as heavy and doesn't last as long (previously 7+ days now only about 4). These were life changing for me. I don't know if everyone experiences the same benefits but this one is my experience. I recommended these to my mom who suffers from severe arthritis and her pain has reduced as well, something she never imagined would happen. She still experiences pain but it's significantly lower, she's a true believer now as well. Please don't ever stop making these, I bought some cheaper ones from a Costco brand and they didn't work as well, so I came back to these and will continue buying :)
