Capsimax® Plus (TM) contains a key ingredient called capsicum, also known as hot red pepper, which is encapsulated in a patented delivery system to minimize the stomach and mouth irritation that unprotected capsicum can cause. Chromax® is a proprietary supplement blend that includes chromium picolinate. I finally got around to using and truth. This give me boost of energy and yet the cravings for junk has decreased. The desire for junk isn’t overwhelming and driving me as before. Now what metaboost claims it does hadn’t really deeply studied yet this is what’s working for me. Love it

I take the metaboost about an hour before I go to the gym. I like the fact that it does not give me the jitters and it gives me more energy. Have about 15lbs to lose seems to help along with my tasty shakes and lemonades .
