If you’re wondering “can something low-carb still be flavorful and delicious?” you will have to give this Triple Berry Low-Carb Smoothie a try! It’s full of tangy, fruity flavors that is absolutely addicting and irresistible - in the best way possible!

Full of antioxidants from mixed berries, I love making this smoothie to give my immune system an extra boost to help me feel good from the inside out. I even snuck in some frozen cauliflower rice to up my daily veggie intake. And don’t worry, you don’t taste the frozen cauliflower rice and it helps add more thickness and volume to the shake without too many carbs, so it’s a win-win situation!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

Six nutritious ingredients is all you need to create this low-carb smoothie: 310 Organic Unflavored, frozen mixed berries, frozen cauliflower rice, water, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. I find the frozen mixed berries and cauliflower rice add great texture already, but if you like your smoothies extra ice-y, go ahead and add half a cup of ice, if you so desire!

How to Make this Smoothie

It’s finally time to make this smoothie! Just add all your ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is completely smooth and combined, which takes under a minute. Once you reach a creamy consistency, pour your finished smoothie into a glass and garnish with chia seeds and sip away!


  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Unflavored
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Optional: 1/2 cup ice


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
