You can choose fresh or frozen strawberries in this next smoothie recipe I have for you, and either way it will be super-yummy! Plus, this Strawberries & Cream Keto Shake Recipe is high in healthy fats and low in carbs, with no added sugar, so it fits perfectly into your dietary goals for weight loss.

It’s also ideal if you’re following the keto diet, with MCT Oil to help you get into and stay in ketosis.

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Vanilla
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: a few drops of liquid stevia

Directions:
