The Turning Point...
Things became difficult for me in the last 4 years due to a degenerative back condition. I had to do physical therapy and the process was unthinkably tough and painful.
It wasn’t long after that I started to see a change in my weight from all the time spent stationary and starting to slip on my exercises. I was always a size 0-4 growing up in my twenties and at one point I woke up and realized how far I was from that.
My “ah-ha” moment came while looking at some pictures of myself. I immediately thought “This is not how I want to look on my wedding day.” Getting engaged has therefore also been a huge motivator for me, and knowing how I want to look on my special day.
The Change...
