Keto Menu Highlights: After you pick your greens, some particularly awesome keto options include the fresh avocado, kalamata olives, bacon, blue cheese, goat cheese, broccoli florets and sunflower seeds. This keto restaurant serving traditional Korean food may not be fancy in appearance, but the authentic, flavorful cuisine is worth the stop. If you’re eating out on keto, you can indulge in a mix of their Korean Style Entrees – just leave out the rice. And if you’re a vegetarian on keto, they also have great options for you.
Keto Menu Highlight: One of the highlights at this keto restaurant is their selection of bulgogi dishes (chicken, pork, beef, and even sausage), featuring their homemade bulgogi sauce. If you like your meals hot, the Mills/50 Bowl (sans the rice) is also a great option. It includes grilled chicken, cabbage, pickled daikon and carrots plus additional low-carb veggies, topped with a fried egg, garlic aioli and hot sauce.

This keto-friendly and vegetarian restaurant is one that’s great any time of day - offering menus for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. All of the ingredients at this healthy spot are non-GMO, and most are organic and locally-sourced. They also don’t use hydrogenated oils, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or food dyes, which we think is pretty awesome!
Keto Menu Highlights: For the first meal of the day, the Breakfast Burrini is a delightful low carb option, including an egg or tofu scramble, tempeh sausage, mixed roasted veggies, queso, cashew cream and coconut bacon. And for lunch, keto goers can actually enjoy pad thai, since it features kelp noodles, which are very low in carbs! The dish also includes low-carb veggies, spicy almonds and sriracha aioli.
