Tell us about your journey to better health…
This long journey started back in 2019 when I got some bad news from my doctor about the way I’d been living.
I knew that if I wanted to live a long happy life, getting healthy was non negotiable!
It was really hard at the beginning without guidance on how or what to eat, so I went looking for other options, and after seeing all the positive reviews I decided to try 310!
Little did I know the lessons it would help teach me would be life-changing…
What motivated you to make a change?
Back in October of 2019 I went for an annual physical, and had some lab work done…
And to my surprise, the next day my doctor informed me that my cholesterol, and triglycerides were so high that I was at risk of a heart attack at the age of 37!!!!!
That absolutely terrified me, and fear is the ultimate motivator.

When I first started my journey with 310, I was 166 lbs… Today I only weigh 126lbs, and I’m a single pound away from my goal weight!

Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine?
I’ve recently been doing intermittent fasting, so I tend to skip breakfast, but my first meal of the day is a 310 Shake at lunch time (and some sort of beautiful salad!).
When I do eat breakfast, It’s usually something like a banana and peanut butter toast, or a boiled egg and black coffee. And in that case I’ll either skip dinner altogether, or keep it super light with a yogurt.
