When I first started my 310 journey I was 231 Lbs and unhappy…
It was 2019, and I decided I wanted to give 310 Nutrition a try. I lost 20 pounds while using it, but along the way I hit bumps, made excuses, and quit a couple times.
Luckily in October 2021 I got serious!
What motivated you to make a change?
A couple years ago my boyfriend & I went to the gym together… And when we went to go weigh ourselves I felt horrible.
I nearly weighed as much as he did and that really hurt my confidence.

The biggest struggle I ran into was myself. I tried to be perfect, stressed a lot, and gave up at times.
But as of today I proudly weigh in at 168.6 Lbs!
Since I started trying my best with 310, I’ve lost 43 more pounds for a grand total of 63 Lbs…
I’m the healthiest I’ve been in a very long time and I couldn’t be happier!
Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine?
I always start my morning with a 310 Shake and B12 vitamin for breakfast. And I follow it with a different flavored 310 Shake for lunch!
As for dinner, I usually make something homemade like veggie chili.
Followed by a relaxing Hibiscus Tea to end the night…
