Coconut Berry Smoothie Recipe

Often, the simplest ingredients offer the greatest flavor and that's certainly the case with this Coconut Berry Smoothie! With notes of tart berries and nutty coconut, it's quick and easy to make for a yummy snack, breakfast, or healthy dessert. I enjoy blending this recipe up when I’m pinched for time in the morning and it keeps me satiated for hours!

Full of whole foods, this is a great recipe for those of you looking for ways to incorporate more nutrients into your diet. I used vegan ingredients including coconut yogurt and 310 Shake to provide plant-based proteins and healthy fats into one drink. If you’re following a plant-based lifestyle, this smoothie offers an impressive 17g of protein to help increase your daily protein intake in a tasty way!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

The ingredients I use in this recipe are 310 Organic Unflavored, mixed berries, coconut milk, unsweetened coconut yogurt, coconut flakes, ice, and that’s it! You can also add a few drops of coconut extract for a stronger coconut flavor, if desired.

310 Organic Unflavored

I adore indulgent, dessert-like shakes, but there are moments when all I crave is a classic, fruity smoothie! For times when I want something more refreshing, I keep things simple with a scoop of 310 Organic Unflavored. You’re able to add a plethora of nutrients without any additional flavors, allowing the natural taste of your ingredients to shine through. Since it’s unsweetened, 310 Organic Unflavored is super versatile and you can use it in a variety of both sweet and savory dishes!

Take a look at some of the other exceptional qualities of this balanced shake…

  • 15g of plant-based proteins
  • 5g of dietary fiber
  • Free from sugar, soy, gluten, dairy, nuts, and GMOs
  • Contains a blend of organic superfoods including beets, ginger, broccoli, kale, and more

Ways to “Shake Up” this Recipe

There are countless ways you can jazz up this smoothie and make it your own, but below are some alternative ingredients that are some of my favorites…

  • 310 Organic Vanilla instead of Unflavored
  • Pick your favorite berry instead of mixed
  • Coconut or MCT oil instead of coconut flakes
  • Add collagen for extra protein
