Tell us about your journey to better health…
Growing up I was always pretty skinny, but never athletic. I actually used to hate working out! As I got older, I realized I couldn’t just eat anything I wanted to anymore because I started gaining a lot of weight.
I got to 250 lbs. and tried losing the weight about 4 years ago and did pretty well with just eating right, but then I got pregnant. After having my daughter, I just kept gaining. I lacked motivation and just really didn’t enjoy eating healthy or working out. I was very misinformed about heathy living!
What motivated you to make a change?
I woke up one day and heard an internal voice which I took to be a higher power telling me to get up and stop making excuses for myself.
I looked in the mirror and hated the way I looked and how I was living. I decided that day that I would quit smoking and drinking and get healthy.
I’m now 1-year smoke free, rarely have a glass of wine, and am over 40 lbs. down!
Tell us about your success!
I discovered 310 from continuing to see ads on Facebook, and after some research I figured I had nothing to lose, so I decided to try it. I’ve now been using 310 products for almost a year and I’m sincerely so glad I chose this path.
Before I started 310 and began eating a healthier diet, my starting weight was 234 lbs. – and my current weight is 189 lbs. – so I’ve already lost 45 lbs.! My goal weight is 150 lbs. so I have about 39 lbs. left to go, which is less than I’ve already lost so I know I’ll get there!
In order to get to where I am today, I had to stop over-indulging in food, which was always an issue for me. I struggled with eating too much of the wrong foods, and 310 Shakes combined with 310 Teas have helped me curb my cravings and get my appetite under control. I now have a good handle on what I should eat along with how much of it!
My non-scale victories include being able to jog and run, and actually enjoy working out! I love that I can play outside with my daughter and not get winded – and I’m also able to see other people eat junk food and not be tempted.

What do you love BEST about 310 shakes?
One of the things I love best about 310 Shakes is that I actually feel satisfied after having a shake. I drink it and am actually full – not sitting there worrying about what I can eat next.
I love that I know it can actually replace a meal and I’m not depriving my body of nutrients by skipping a meal!
Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine…
When I began my 310 journey, I started with an intermittent fasting routine and keto diet.
I started my day with at least 16oz. of tea… My favorite is the Hibiscus tea.
I would have my first meal around 12pm, which, depending on how hungry I was would be a 310 Shake, salad with homemade dressing, fresh veggies, breadless sandwich, or some other keto-approved meal. I also snacked throughout the day on grapes, cheese, nuts, etc.
For dinner I would prepare a keto-approved meal, and I used a carb-counting app with many different recipes that I would alternate. This routine helped me lose 30lbs. in 3 months!
I have now changed my eating habits to vegetarian… I’ve replaced eating meats with more carbs and veggies, and I enjoy eating a lot more fruits that I couldn’t on keto.
I’m learning my body now, so I no longer count calories or carbs. I eat when I’m hungry, not just because it’s there.
I do not eat after 8pm and I typically have a detox tea before bed. I drink the lemonades when I crave something besides water.
As for exercise, I do a 30-minute workout each morning before eating or drinking anything besides water. It consists of short workouts through a women’s fitness app. I do this Monday thru Friday and on the weekends I do yoga. I try to walk/jog for at least an hour in the evenings.
Do you have a MUST-TRY shake recipe you’d like to share?
My favorite shake is also a very simple shake: almond milk, frozen avocado, and the 310 Salted Caramel. Which speaks volumes of 310 because it doesn’t need a lot of added products or flavoring to taste great and be satisfying!
What does the 310 Community mean to you?
The 310 Community has been a huge blessing because I’ve never felt so inspired or motivated.
There is always someone there to cheer you on, uplift you or encourage you to keep pushing. Without seeing others stories and well wishes I probably wouldn’t have made it this far.
Do you have advice for anyone just starting their journey?
You can do this, take it one day at a time! Don’t beat yourself up if you get off track. Pick yourself up and keep pushing. You didn’t get this way overnight, so it’s going to take time to get to where you want to be.
There's no miracle solution out there, you have to set your mind to live better. This needs to be a lifestyle change.
Change your mind and your halfway there. You are worth it, and you owe it to yourself to be the best you can be.
