Too much sodium in these so called healthy shakes...Not impressed..
They definitely have an acquired taste. I tried Chocolate yesterday. I didn't have to feel guilty about the sugar content, because there is 0%, but the sodium in these things is ridiculous. 18% sodium in the Chocolate. 14% in the caramel I am trying today. Both flavors are tolerable, but they both have an odd, sweet aftertaste. This company is calling these drinks healthy, but they really are not. Too much sodium causes hypertension.
