Pumpkin Spice Protein Bar Recipe


Makes 8-12 bars

  • 1 scoop 310 Vanilla Chai 
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin, canned
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or a natural sugar-free alternative 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • Optional: crushed walnuts, chocolate chips, etc. 


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a medium-size baking dish with parchment paper OR spray it with non-stick spray. 
  2. In a bowl, combine the 310 shake, oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix well to combine. 
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin, maple syrup and almond milk. Mix well. 
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix well and transfer to the baking dish. 
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes. 
  6. Serve and enjoy!
