This Low-Carb Green Glow Smoothie is inspired by our original Green Glow Smoothie, but with only 9g of net carbs for those of you asking for an alternative version with less carbs! It's loaded with nutrient-packed veggies, providing you with vitamins, minerals, and fiber to support your overall health and wellness, promoting radiance from the inside out. I even included 310 Peach Tea (made with green and oolong teas), for additional powerful antioxidants!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

The ingredients you need for this recipe are 310 Organic Unflavored, 310 Peach Tea, frozen pineapple, cucumber, fresh lemon juice, kale, and ice.

I’m a bit obsessed with the naturally-refreshing taste of the fruits and veggies in this smoothie, so I kept the flavors simple and just added a scoop of 310 Organic Unflavored for extra sustenance. This impressive meal replacement shake is made with quality vegan and organic ingredients and is packed with plant-based proteins and fiber from a blend of pumpkin, brown rice, and pea. Although typically used in a shake or smoothie, this protein powder can also be added to oatmeal, chia seed puddings, healthy baked goods, hummus, and more!

How to Make this Smoothie

To make this smoothie, first prepare the 310 Peach Tea by adding 8oz. of hot water to a cup with a bag of tea. Allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes, remove the bag, and let it chill in the fridge.

While the tea is chilling, remove the stem from the kale. The stem can be bitter and fibrous, so make sure you're only adding the leafy bits to your smoothie!

Once you have all your ingredients prepped, add the chilled tea and kale into a blender. Blend the two together for 20-30 seconds until you reach a smooth puree. This extra step ensures you have a creamy drink with no leafy greens remaining at the end!

Next, combine the rest of your ingredients into the blender with the kale and tea mixture and blend again for another 30-40 seconds until everything is completely well-combined and incorporated. Finally, pour your finished smoothie into a cup or glass and enjoy your revitalizing drink!
