Protein Powder Mug Cake Recipe
- 1 scoop 310 Shake of choice
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp Lakanto sugar-free sweetener or coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate chips, whipped cream, fruit, etc.
- Coconut oil
