Pineapple Berry Smoothie Recipe

Although I typically purchase frozen fruit for my smoothies, I will sometimes buy a fresh pineapple to have as a healthy snack. There’s always so much leftover so I always add it to my smoothies and toss whatever else I have available into the blender to make a quick snack or breakfast. This particular Pineapple Berry Smoothie turned out super-tasty and it’s just too good to keep to myself!

Blended with berries, fresh pineapple and avocado, this drink is beautifully balanced with antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats to help keep you feeling your best. You can also add a handful of spinach or other leafy greens to this smoothie for an easy way to sneak in your veggies. Keep reading for tips on how you can make this yummy smoothie at home!

What You Need to Make this Smoothie

You just need six simple ingredients to make this smoothie: 310 Organic Unflavored, pineapple, mixed berries, unsweetened almond milk, avocado, and ice. As mentioned previously, you can add some spinach to this drink as well if you want to incorporate more greens into your day!

The fresh pineapple with berries in this smoothie adds immense, juicy flavor that is absolutely perfect on its own! So, to keep it simple, I add 310 Organic Unflavored as my 310 Shake of choice for the nutrition I need to power through the day.

It can be hard to achieve a thick and creamy texture that’s not too icy when it comes to smoothies, but I find just a scoop of 310 Organic Unflavored helps add a rich and smooth consistency. It’s formulated with a coconut creamer that will give any smoothie extra volume and silkiness.

Ways to “Shake Up” this Smoothie

When I have fresh pineapple readily available, I always use it in my smoothies and have tried countless combinations from whatever I have in my fridge or pantry. Below are some other add-ins that I’ve incorporated in the recipe and are great alternatives if you don’t have all the ingredients!

  • Peaches or mango instead of berries
  • Your favorite berry instead of a mix
  • Coconut milk or coconut water in place of almond milk
  • Chia, flax, or hemp seeds for more texture instead of avocado

How to Make this Smoothie

It’s finally time to put this smoothie together! Simply add all your ingredients into a blender and blend on a medium-to-high setting until everything is completely smooth. For a thinner consistency, add a splash more almond milk, if you so desire. Once everything is combined, serve your smoothie in a glass or shaker cup and enjoy a healthy-yet-delicious snack for your busy day!


  • 1 scoop 310 Organic Unflavored
  • 1/3 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 cup spinach


  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
