1) Sweet Potato Fries

These sweet potato fries offer great flavor and addicting crispness, and may make you forget all about the regular white potato version! With garlic, paprika (or chili powder), salt and pepper, they have a welcome kick, and are baked with olive oil instead of deep fried, so they offer healthy fats and less calories. You can cut them into strips, or if you prefer, just slice the sweet potatoes into round slices (like chips) which are just as yummy! And, the homemade fry dip takes this recipe over the top!
Pro Tip: Add ½ to a full scoop of 310 Unflavored Shake powder into your dip, for a dose of healthy protein, fiber, and superfoods (without changing the taste)!
2) Zucchini Fries

This next recipe is low-carb therefore fits perfectly into keto dietary plans. And if you aren’t watching your carbs, you can certainly cut down on the amount of Parmigiano cheese and sub in almond flour or your choice of breadcrumbs. But, we think you’ll like the extra-cheesy version, even if you aren’t following keto! These ultra-flavorful, nutrient-packed veggie fries are awesome all by themselves, but dipping them in the optional lemon parsley aioli makes them even MORE delicious. A must-try!
Pro Tip: Add ½ - 1 teaspoon of 310 MCT Oil into your aioli dip for more healthy fats that support your metabolism and weight loss, while increasing satiety. If you’re following keto, it can also help you stay in ketosis!
3) Carrot Fries

Finally, it may never have crossed your mind to replace normal French fries with carrot fries, but once you try them, you may never go back. The fries get stand-out taste from a mix of paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and are coated in olive oil before being baked, giving them a delicious crunchiness. We also highly recommend the sriracha mayo sauce for dipping, and topping them with some fresh parsley. A nutritious recipe to please the entire family!
Pro Tip: Add some 310 Collagen Powder into your dip for a dose of premium collagen protein to support healthy skin, joints, and bones – and support increased satiety. It’s tasteless so won’t change the flavor of your dip!
