Every morning I have a 310 Shake with 12oz of unsweetened 30 calorie almond milk, 2 tbsp. of oat bran, and a handful of either frozen raspberries, blueberries, peaches or a half of banana (but usually raspberries).
I drink 310 Shake for lunch between 3-4 times a week. When I don't have a 310 Shake I have a sandwich with Ezekiel bread, turkey breast I roasted at home, mustard, and veggies.
Snacks are usually apples, jicama, or fat free Greek yogurt. Dinner is usually a salad stacked with veggies, Pico de gallo I make for dressing, Greek yogurt, and some sort of protein (fish, shrimp, chicken, Carne asada).
