Tell us about your journey to better health…
When I started my journey with 310, I was 188lbs, now I only weigh 162… Actually dipping under my goal weight of 165!
I committed to going back to the gym on the last day of the school year (I’m a teacher).
But even with 3-4 hours of weekly cardio, the weight wasn’t budging… Even though I’d been tracking calories, and knew plenty about calorie deficits. So when I saw a Facebook ad for 310, I thought it might be time to get some help on my journey.
And I didn’t know how right I was!
What motivated you to make a change?
After turning 40, suddenly the weight started creeping on, even though I didn’t feel like I’d changed my habits!
As a high school teacher, single mom, and doctoral student, life is busy, and it’d been a while since I made time to take care of myself. When school ended last May, I decided to reclaim my gym time, and start 310!
I’d say the breaking point for me happened at the school prom where I teach. I’m in charge of the event, and I bought a dress months ahead, but on prom night I was terrified it wouldn’t fit!
Besides, I was tired of getting winded from walking up the stairs and knew it was time to make a change…
Tell us about your success!
At first I was frustrated because (despite my diet and exercise) for several weeks the scale refused to budge!
But I stuck with it and the scale started rewarding my good habits… I lost 26 pounds and even ended up falling back in love with the gym.
310 helped me streamline my meals so I can focus on other things, without any worries! It’s also helped me cut back on added sugars and sweeteners… I still enjoy the occasional dessert, but it’s so easy to turn down sweets now!
Limiting sugar has improved my energy significantly.
What do you love best about 310 Shakes?

As a mom who leaves the house at 6:40am each morning, and has a teenager to get out of the house, I’m not exactly made of time BUT I’ve yet to miss a shake! (I even keep single serve packets + a travel blender in my classroom just in case).

Tell us about your healthy lifestyle routine?
I fast every night from 8pm to noon the next day, so breakfast is no problem.

For dinner, I stay within my remaining calories. The shakes allow me to fit nearly any food into my plan, including pizza from my favorite local spot!

Don’t try to change your whole life all at once!
It can get overwhelming and feel impossible to manage. Start with one healthy habit—increase water, meet your step goal, stop eating after dinner, whatever. Then add another…
Good habits beget good habits, and they’ll get easier & easier to keep up!
