The Turning Point...
My journey with 310 is one that has brought me from a place of dangerously bad health to a healthier, prouder me today.
I was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in my teens along with being asthmatic. In my early 20’s, I was also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and then 3 years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Between the insulin I needed to take and the high amounts of steroids, it was very difficult to lose weight.
My doctor told me that based on a very high blood sugar level test, I had a 900 percent chance of getting Alzheimer’s in my lifetime if I didn’t get my levels to a healthy place.
I found 310 on Facebook through a friend and after looking into it and seeing that only natural ingredients are used, decided to give it a try.
I started to really get serious, replacing two meals a day with shakes, and realized that even if I momentarily slip back into old ways, not eating healthy or exercising, as long as I continue with the 310 products and at least one shake a day, I haven’t regained the weight. That, to me, is the ultimate peace of mind. Knowing that the products are something I can count on no matter what the circumstances.
I’ve also found success with other 310 products, including the 310 Lemonade and 310 Tea. I used to be a heavy juice and soda drinker, which required me to take extra insulin! Since the 310 drinks are delicious and sugar-free, I no longer have to take more insulin to make up for a sugary drink addiction, and they also have helped me lose weight.
Weight Loss Success!
I lost 16 pounds in two months with 310 Nutrition! And as of today, my blood sugar levels have gone down, which is amazing. My goal is to get them down even lower, and to continue to lose more weight and get toned. I just want to keep feeling energetic and healthy, and I know 310 products are the way to do that!
For anyone doubting whether they can reach their goals, I challenge you to try it. If you never try, you’ll never know, and you could be putting your health in jeopardy. Do something for yourself – at the end of the day your health is all you have, and if you don’t take care of yourself, you can’t take care of others.
