I received it last week and so far so good. Excited about my new journey. All t h flavors are tasty. No need for milk substitute. I use water and a few ice cubes and shake it up.
I absolutely love the variety box because 1. It comes in individual packets so i dont have to scoop and make a mess 2. It comes in many different flavors 3. I don't mind getting any of the flavors because I can always add stuff like frozen fruit or peanut butter powder to change the taste if I don't love it. I definitely recommend!!
